OK, so Deal is in Kent but it isn't exactly local.
The festival deserves a mention though because it includes some interesting music events as part of its wider programme as described here.
The following events take place in St George's Church, Deal.
July 1st: Courtney Pine with Zoe Rahman
July 2nd: Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain
July 7th: Ronnie Scott's Big Band play Basie and Ellington.
